How to get the best IT support contract in Bicester?
We are a first-class fully managed IT support provider for small to medium business in Bicester and across Oxfordshire.
Our wide range of IT support services, include proactive maintenance and monitoring, reactive hardware and software support, network installation, overall IT administration, IT business consulting, all reinforced by our 24/7 infrastructure monitoring tools.
To provide the best possible IT support services, the IT Hub has devised a wide range of comprehensive IT support tools and maintenance contracts.
By choosing an IT support contract with us, we’ll get to know your business and IT infrastructure inside out.
Such understanding is necessary as it allows our engineers to recommend, design, and apply the most suitable IT support solution according to your needs, aiming to adequately address your unique business requirements, while keeping you running smooth and your employees happy.
If you decide to take an IT support contract with us, the first step the IT Hub engineers will take, is to examine and assess your existing IT infrastructure.
By doing so, our experts will gather the strength and weaknesses of your network, computers, servers, and protective systems, to a granular level.
Only then our engineers will proceed to repair, stabilise, and upgrade your configuration, and devise plans for business growth.
Our engineer’s aim, at this stage, is to reach maximum business protection and network speed, while also saving your company from unnecessary expenses.
What is the best IT support contract in Bicester?
All our IT support contracts include hardware and software support regardless of the type of computers, servers, or IT platforms you have in use.
Also, all our IT support packages have onsite, and offsite coverage included, via telephone or remote access.
Moreover, all support packages come with regular IT infrastructure reviews and service reports, and no extra charges for travelling time for the times we have to go and see you, 24 x 7 monitoring, and data traffic reporting.
At the IT Hub, we give you the freedom to choose from a wide range of IT support contracts that can be paid monthly, quarterly or yearly.
All our IT support contracts include free IT support hours and are designed to ensure our team’s availability, immediate response, and also give you preferential rates when the contract hours are consumed, or in situations when your business requires emergency and out of hours IT support.
How much is an IT support contract in Bicester?
Our out of contract rates start from £100 per hour, depending on the complexity of the job. However, the IT support contracts here at the IT Hub are modular.
That means the more hours you add to your IT support contract, the cheaper the deal becomes. For example, a 4-hour monthly contract would be charged at £65 per hour rather than £100.
IT support contracts are especially useful if your company has decentralised staff, such as or marketing teams or field agents engage in sales.
The minimum number of hours recommended for each IT support contract depends on the complexity of your IT infrastructure and the number of active staff.
However, this is a straightforward task that will only take place after our engineers will audit your IT infrastructure and assess your business needs.
In most cases, for a company with one server and 12 devices, which includes, desktop computers, laptops, printers, tablets and smartphones the minimum number of required hours is 3 per month.
However, in the case you want to go for a pay-as-you-go IT support contract, you'll be charged each time you request support.
Here at the IT Hub, we call this type of support 'per incident' and charge it accordingly. The PAYG IT support contract is offered on a no-obligation, rolling agreement, charged at £80 per hour.
PAYG IT support contracts are very useful for 'one man' businesses as you can buy a block of time in advance and use it only when you need it.
The pay-as-you-go IT (PAYG IT) support contract includes free online support (chat), but we charge for over the phone IT support.
The downside of the PAYG IT support deal is that the IT Hub cannot guarantee a response time for callouts, in the case of a computer or laptop failure, so you may have to wait until one of our engineers becomes available.
In general PAYG IT support contracts are good if you are a sole trader, working from home on a desktop or laptop and need to supplement your IT support just in case something goes wrong or you need someone to provide you with relevant IT advice, over email or online chat.
How do you enrol on an IT support contract with the IT Hub?
After the initial business assessment, our IT specialist should explain which type of maintenance contract is the most suitable for your business, why and how to enrol.
If you did not have an IT engineer from the IT Hub visiting and assessing your needs, but want to organise a visit you can contact us via email, call or use the online chat.
After your business assessment is booked, an engineer will contact you to arrange a visit, at a time and date that suit you both.
The evaluation takes between 1 hour and 3 hours, depending on the size of your business and it is free.
After the assessment, our engineer will put together a comprehensive IT support contract in a plan of action and send it to you, via email.
The proposed IT Support contract is valid for a month from the inception date as in the IT support time many variables can change in just one month.
Finally, before you agree with the proposed IT support contract and sign it, make sure that your agreement includes the type of coverage you have decided on, especially if the proposed contract is custom made for your business, relevant to the chosen package.
This part is critical for both parties, you, the beneficiary and us, the IT support contact provider as it helps us guarantee and deliver the promised level of service.
